The Holle Awards are now closed.

The Holle Awards for Excellence in Creativity and Communication highlight and celebrate creative expression in seven categories: book arts, filmmaking, forensics, media writing, public speaking, screenwriting, and sports writing.

As communication continues to evolve, the awards encourage innovative, out-of-the-box thinking from students, faculty, and communication professionals. Established by Everett Hughes Holle and funded by the Holle Family Foundation, the Awards include a $10,000 prize for the winner of each category.

Winners will be announced in the fall.

The next awards cycle will be in 2027.
